Architectural Solution for LIS

On January 19, 2018 the announcement for a tender was published for carrying out a study for designing the best architectural solution for the new land register information system (LIS). 

The analysis will propose an architectural concept and technical solution for the LIS, taking advantage of the existing open-sourse solutions. The proposed architectural solution of the land register information system should maximize the possibilities for automatic operations in data management, translation, notifications and automated work flows. The architectural solution to be developed should be based on a modular, flexible and extendable structure. Open source software would be preferred. 

Based on the designed architectural concept and chosen technological solutions, a prototype will also be built, which demonstrates the structure and logic of the proposed solution. Thus enabling the planning of subsequent LIS development activities.

The conduct of the study on LIS architecture is partially funded by the European Regional Development Fund.
